How Evolith tiles are made
Six controlled stages, from raw mineral to sealed export carton — the process that decides strength, colour-fastness and calibration.
Body preparation
Clays and feldspars are milled and spray-dried to a controlled moisture band — the foundation of a stable, dense vitrified tile body.
Design & digital printing
High-definition digital printing lays mineral studies onto the green tile; glaze recipes set the finish from soft matt to mirror gloss.
High-tonnage pressing
Uniform compaction across large formats keeps flatness true and edges crisp before the tile ever meets the kiln.
Controlled firing
Long, tuned kiln curves vitrify the body and lock pigment — the step that decides porosity, strength and colour-fastness.
Rectification & grading
Every tile is edge-ground to calibre, then graded for shade and flatness. Off-grade material never ships under the Evolith name.
Export packing
Corner-protected boxes, strapped pallets and container loading plans built for long transit — inspected before sealing.
